Migralux, based in Cape Town, South Africa, respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What we collect
When you order or contact us we collect the details needed to serve you, such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and order details. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and we do not store your card details. We also use basic website analytics.
Why we use it
We use your information to process and deliver your order, provide support, send order updates, meet our legal obligations and improve our website. We will only send you marketing if you have asked us to, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers who help us run the store, such as our online store platform, payment provider and couriers, and only as needed for those purposes. We do not sell your personal information.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only for as long as we need it.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may object to its use. Email hello@migralux.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
